Located far north in the Atlantic Ocean, at the west coast of Norway, the Sognefjord offers the perfect environment for Glitne’s Snow White Halibut. In Bjordal, we found a creative community, the best farming sites and crystal clear water that allowed the creation of A Fjord on Land. The farming operations and all downstream activities are strictly regulated by Norwegian legislation, setting an extremely high standard to every aspect of Glitne’s operations.
